High Desert Residence

This house was designed specifically for a client who was willing to embrace the High Desert vernacular, looking to the basalt outcrops of the nearby landscape for formal reference to create a true statement home. They wanted to maximize their buildable area while allowing for the use of outdoor space that created private and sheltered moments.
